She leads with composure, warmth, and pragmatism.

Her approach has led her to brands including The Estée Lauder Companies, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Amazon Fashion, Kate Spade, RODIN Olio Lusso, Lou & Grey, Ann Taylor LOFT, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and Alice + Olivia.

Colleen earned her BFA from Parsons School of Design, in the School of Design Strategies division and holds 15 years of experience in the Fashion & Beauty industry. She resides in Greater Philadelphia and works in New York City.
